Only the first step: the arrest of ONE of the officers who killed George Floyd.
One life is a flicker among a bundle of beaming strands of vibrant energy that make up our human existence and the linked energies of all other living things. When one of them is extinguished due to racism and discrimination, all other related lives are dimmed as well. Our communities are left in the darkness of injustice, bewildered and disoriented. The bundles become broken, surviving strands, nearly unrelatable to the rest and the unity that once was becomes a wistful dream in the horrid nightmare of America for people of color.
