Reject Trump, reclaim democracy.

Unbelievably, Mr. Trump lowers the bar even further with his ridiculous audacity to call for civility in a racially, morally and ethically hostile environment of his own making. You can't accuse your perceived enemies as uncivil when, as Nancy Pelosi notes, “Trump’s daily lack of civility has provoked responses that are predictable but unacceptable”(https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2018/jun/27/red-hen-restaurant-virginia-sarah-sanders-civility-wars-trump). James Comey, ex-FBI director who was fired without notice as he was in the field reaffirming grass-roots connections with employees, has said of Trump, "A person who sees moral equivalence in Charlottesville, who talks about and treats women like they're pieces of meat, who lies constantly about matters big and small and insists the American people believe it, that person's not fit to be president of the United States," '(https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-43755990).

Just as Maxine Waters has used this procedural phrase of "reclaiming my time" to direct an interviewee to answer the questions she poses, we need to reclaim our time from the havoc wreaked by this infamous 45th POTUS. The American people must redirect our focus on getting honest answers out of him and his administration regarding child separations in immigration prosecutions, the racist nature of his proposed Muslim ban, the intentional dismantling of each and every Executive branch Department by installing people who are neither qualified nor interested in upholding the missions of their offices and a whole laundry list of offenses. As Michelle Obama pleaded with us, we must aim high when they aim low. We must defend our democracy from this plutocracy headed by a circus clown sideshow. By virtue of this protest, by resisting the stink of this swamp, by our very existence, we dropped civility long ago to take up a more worthy cause, that of freedom and justice for all.
