Life is resilient

Life is resilient. In its ever-changing continuity, it renews itself. Our health is a very precious gift, one that we cannot take for granted.

A student today nearly passed out during their club activity practice. This student was brought to the teacher’s office and laid down after suffering what looked like a heat stroke, even though they’d had been indoors. It turns out they were just really, really tired, having had a sleepless night. They’ll have more thorough tests done at the hospital just to be sure.

Our bodies need rest. Our hearts and minds need to be put at ease. Our spirits can only soar along a gentle breeze. Inner peace begets physical prowess. Breathe in. Exhale. Keeping life basic allows us to see all in our periphery and use the tools we have at our disposal to accomplish the greatest of miracles out of seemingly limited resources. We limit ourselves by our own short-sightedness. Foresight comes from sensing all that is around and connecting to the pure white light that flows through the very center of our lives. This makes our choices our own as well as part of the infinite, the unknown that guides all things, Yusn and Omateotl.

Tonal and Nagual. Yin and Yang. Alpha and Omega. The many labels of the duality of the Universe all acknowledge life’s fragility and its strength. We are only human and yet we are also a fundamental part of the web of life, ourselves, beings of that emanating light. We shine and the world shines with us. Thus, we create our own surroundings, subconsciously or not, and we procreate the continuation of this environment. If we pollute ourselves with negativity, we most certainly do the same to those who are close to us. If we instead absorb that which is positive reflection of the life-force, we envelope all of its power and ripple its effects outward.

PEACE 平和 Omateotl
